The service provider was so nice just wonderful. She explained everything completely and fully. She answered all my questions. She let me know what she was doing before she was doing and how it might feel and during that time, we just had wonderful conversations it was a very nice experience and I apologize. I do not remember her name. I know she’s from Brazil.

I couldn't be more excited about this business. They are like no other. I am getting my procedure dont in February and from the beginning I was treated with such respect and professionalism by Caitlyn. She took the time to get to know me, talked as if you were the most important person in the room. She gave me all the information I needed and how the procedure was going to be done. What it consist of showing me pictures and tools thdy use and answered all the questions I had. I didn't feel rushed or no hesitation in her voice to answer correct and honest. I am one to observe and see how a person treats you and this woman is so considerate and professional.

I came here for the HBOT hyper baric oxygen therapy, due to early onset skin necrosis after surgery and thankfully I did. I saw it go from black to gray and I think it’s helped me a lot. I still have a long way to go but the staff here is amazing. All the girls helped me through the process and made sure I was always comfortable. They checked on me throughout the entire time and always a pleasure to speak to when you call. The doctor is also very nice, I would definitely come back to seek other treatments once I fully heal.

Today your laser tech Julia did my procedure. In the past I've had Melissa as my laser tech. I'm very late in giving a review but know that BOTH of these ladies are exceptional at their job and BOTH have a passion for what they do! You have 2 excellent techs who care about what they're doing for the customer and it apparent each time I have a laser appointment. I'm more than comfortable with their service and skills; and both are very sweet and personable persons.

I usually get nervous when I go my pellets but this time it was done very gently I barely felt the first sting.

She was wonderful too ) Ana was my service provider and she was Awesome!!! I had a lot of questions about additional services and products and she answered them all! She was super knowledgeable, informative, professional and you can tell she loves what she does- and she loves Dr Sherry, and her Anew team members! She gave me great guidance for my post laser care! I was able to meet Dr Sherry who thanked me for coming in and invited me back! All around fantastic service and experience! I will be back and I will be telling my friends!!
